How billing counts aircraft

You pay for the aircraft that are active in your fleet, with a minimum of one. If you add an aircraft, we bill it from that day to the end of the month. If you deactivate one, the count decreases at your next renewal, and we don’t credit the current month. An aircraft added into a slot that’s already paid for this month costs nothing more. We charge nothing during the trial.

Questions about plans and billing

What counts as an active aircraft?

An active aircraft is any aircraft in your fleet that isn’t deactivated.

Which plan does the trial use?

The one you choose when you sign up, Department or Charter, for 30 days. An admin can change plans from the billing page.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. On the billing page, an admin can change the plan, update the card, see receipts or cancel.

Can we get a refund, or cancel?

We don’t give refunds. You can cancel at any time, and the plan stops at the end of the month you paid for.

Still have a question?

Ask us on a short call, or send it with the demo form.
