A captain’s qualifications: her pilot and medical certificates, four current training records and the aircraft she may fly.

Certificates and training

Keep each person’s certificates, training requirements and training records together. The list shows the most urgent item first.

Import people, their certificates and their training from CSV.

Who may sit where

If you seat a pilot who isn’t qualified on the aircraft, the trip flags it.

Duty and rest, by rule

Duty and rest are checked each time the schedule changes. For Part 91, the check uses a company duty policy. You can edit it to match your own.

On Charter, Part 135 legs are checked against §135.267(b) or (c), whichever you operate under. Part 91K legs are checked against §91.1057 to §91.1059.

One pilot’s duty for a week: a trip day, a day of ground school recorded as other duty, rest days and his totals within limits.

See it on an operation like yours.

Try it free for 30 days on your own aircraft and crew, with nothing charged. Or we show it to you on a call, at a time you choose.
