Leg by leg: times in local and Zulu, distance and scheduled time, crew by seat with their phones, passengers with the leg’s total weight, the handlers at each end and the aircraft.
Office staff can share the trip sheet by link, and no one needs to sign in to open it. The shared copy leaves out crew notes, gate codes, crew phones and passenger weights. The link stops working a day after the trip ends or when it’s canceled, and you can revoke it sooner.
Make an itinerary for the whole trip, one leg or one passenger, with times, airports, the aircraft and the pilots’ names. It never shows crew notes, weights or travel documents. Once the trip is confirmed, email each passenger a link to their own copy and see when they open it.
Once a leg is logged, the recap sets it as scheduled beside it as flown: block times, air time, distance, fuel, passengers and crew, with totals. Add the flight log or costs if you like, then email it to your client or share it by link.
Each aircraft has one profile with its counters, maintenance items and defects. Its status is calculated from them.
ExploreKeep certificates and training current. Duty and rest are checked each time the schedule changes.
ExploreEach passenger record holds the passenger’s travel documents. Identity data is encrypted, and the app logs each time someone shows it.
