Aircraft and maintenance

One profile per aircraft, with its counters, its maintenance items, its defects and a status calculated from all of them.

On the Department and Charter plans

An aircraft’s profile with its details, its hours and landings, and a status that shows its phase 2 inspection is due in 14.2 hours.

One profile per aircraft

Each aircraft has its own page with its files and its full history.

Counters and the forecast

Track hours, cycles and any other counter the aircraft needs. A forecast from recent use estimates when each item will come due, so you see the next inspection before it’s due.

Maintenance items and sign-off

Set each item due by a date, by a counter, or both. Sign items off when the work is done. The aircraft’s status is calculated from what’s due, so nobody has to update it by hand.

An aircraft’s maintenance list, each item due by hours or by date. The phase 2 inspection is due soon, and no other item is due yet.

Defects and grounding

Log a defect, defer it, or ground the aircraft. When it’s cleared, the signer’s certificate number is kept with the record and stored encrypted.

VOR checks and downtime

Record VOR checks against the requirements of 14 CFR 91.171.

Plan downtime in advance for the days the aircraft is in the shop.

Import and export

Import your aircraft, maintenance items and counters from CSV files, so you don’t type each one.

Export a fleet summary to CSV when you need it outside the app.

See it on an operation like yours.

Try it free for 30 days on your own aircraft and crew, with nothing charged. Or we show it to you on a call, at a time you choose.
