Admin and your data

Invite people by email and choose their roles as you do. An invitation is good for 7 days. Or turn on an invite link that lasts from 1 to 90 days. Anyone who joins through the link waits until an admin lets them in.

Each person gets a private calendar address with their own trips and crew events, for Apple, Google or Outlook. Reset it and the old address stops working at once.

Admins see every change across the company, newest first: who made it, when, on which record, and the values before and after. Filter by person, kind of record or dates.

Removed a file, a maintenance item or a defect by mistake? Restore it from the same page. Deactivated aircraft, people, clients and vendors come back the same way.

An admin can export your records as CSV files in one zip, with your uploaded files alongside. Passport numbers and other protected details stay out unless the admin asks for them. You get an email when it’s ready. It works on both plans, even when the account is read-only.
