Your team reports hazards and occurrences. Your safety managers score each one, give someone the fix and close it when it’s done.

Give it a title, a description and one of eight categories. Report from a leg on a trip and the trip, aircraft, airport and time are filled in for you. View-only members can’t report.
A reporter can choose to stay anonymous, and then no name is kept with the report. Every report is confidential unless the reporter turns that off: the person given the fix sees only the fix, not the report or who wrote it.
You choose who’s a safety manager. They see every report; anyone else sees only the reports they filed. Being an admin doesn’t open them.
A safety manager rates likelihood and severity from 1 to 5. The score is the two multiplied, banded Low, Medium, High or Severe.
Each report goes from submitted to under review, an action assigned, then closed, with a note at every step. It can’t close until its action is done. Safety managers get an email when a report comes in, unless they’ve turned alert emails off, and an overdue action shows on Home.
Expenses, trip costs and invoices stay with the trips they belong to. An expense counts only after approval.
ExploreEach client gets a portal of its own. Clients see their trips and ask for new ones there; on Charter they also accept quotes and read invoices.
ExploreMessage the team in the same app you use for trips. Every trip has its own thread.
