Why one record
A trip touches the aircraft’s maintenance, the crew’s currency and duty, the passengers’ documents and, later, the bill. Keep those in one record and the checks can see all of them.
Each time someone saves a trip, it’s checked against its aircraft, its crew and the duty rules. It can only be released when those checks and the risk assessment allow it.

Everything on this site is in the app today
We check each feature we describe against the app before it goes up, and again when the app changes. Plans and ideas stay off the site until they ship.

This site doesn’t track you
There’s no analytics and no ad pixel here. The one outside script is the spam check on the demo form.

Your records leave with you
An admin can export your records as CSV files whenever they like, even after the account has gone read-only.

You pay per aircraft
The price is per active aircraft each month, after a 30-day free trial. If you’d rather not load your data yourself, we’ll do it for a one-time fee.
